These terms and conditions apply to all promotions, specials, or other special offers ("Promotion") put fourth by SNAP Web Systems.

By activating service or otherwise participating under any Promotion you, the customer, agree to these terms:

• All participants who become customers under any Promotion shall be subject to and deemed to have agreed to our standard Terms of Service and Acceptable Usage Policy, which, at our sole discretion, may change from time to time in order to protect the interests of us, our resellers, or our affiliates.
• We expressly reserve the right to alter, modify, suspend, discontinue or terminate any Promotion at any time without advance notice.
• All Promotions are open to United States residents only and only to the extent permitted by the laws of each individual's jurisdiction and by U.S. law.
• Any Promotion is void where taxed, regulated, restricted or prohibited by law. All United States federal, state and local rules and regulations will apply.
• The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation or information used to obtain any Promotion may result in disqualification from the Promotion and from future promotions at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to refuse to provide any Promotion at any time in our sole discretion.
• We make no guarantees that any Promotion which is currently posted or has been posted in the past will be available or redeemable.
• The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation or information may result in the participant being subject to civil or criminal liability.
• All rights and claims under the Promotion are non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold or otherwise transferred and may not be combined or used with other promotions.
• All Promotions are void where prohibited.
• During the term of the Promotion, solely to the extent the terms of the Promotion, if there is a conflict with any term or condition of the Terms of Service or any of our other policies, the Terms of Service or other policy shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to give force and effect to the terms of the Promotion.
